Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Blesq AI mobile application and the blesqai.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by PRIKVEL-RASHA LLC, registered at 109202, Moscow, Russia, 2-ya Karacharovskaya st., 1, bld. 1, floor 2, room 19, office 40 (OGRN 1177746209321, INN 7704395492). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Blesq AI applies AI effects to photographs you upload. You choose an effect from the catalog, upload a photo, and the Service produces a new image or video in the cloud. Results depend on the AI models we use and on the source photo; the Service does not guarantee any particular artistic outcome.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the Service. You may sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for everything done through it. The Service is not intended for children under 13.
You can delete your account at any time in the app or by writing to support@blesqai.com. Deletion removes your uploads, results and profile data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Credits, payments and refunds
Generations are paid for with credits, which you buy in packs. The price of every effect is shown before you run it, and the corresponding credits are deducted when the generation starts.
If a generation fails for a reason on our side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. Credits have no cash value, are not a means of payment, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple under Apple's terms, and refund requests for them are processed by Apple. Purchases made through our own payment provider are refunded in accordance with applicable law; write to support@blesqai.com with the date and amount of the payment.
4. Subscriptions
Where the Service offers a subscription, its price, billing period and content are shown before purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled beforehand. A subscription bought through the App Store is managed and cancelled in your Apple ID settings; a subscription bought through our own payment provider is cancelled in the app or by writing to support.
5. Your photos and the results
You keep the rights to the photos you upload, and you own the results the Service generates from them. You grant us only the limited right to store and process your photos in order to produce the result you requested and to show you your own history. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
You confirm that you have the right to upload each photo and to have it processed — in particular, that you have the consent of any person shown in it. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, that depicts minors in a sexualized way, that incites violence or hatred, that impersonates a real person in order to deceive, or that infringes someone else's rights. You may not attempt to bypass credit accounting, rate limits or access controls, nor use the Service through automated means to place load beyond ordinary personal use.
We may suspend or terminate access to accounts used in breach of this section.
7. Our rights
The Service itself — the application, the website, the effect catalog, the prompts behind the effects and the platform that runs them — belongs to PRIKVEL-RASHA LLC and is protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any rights to it beyond the right to use the Service as intended.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the Service available and fast, but we provide it "as is": we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, and generation depends on third-party AI providers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected generations. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service develops; material changes are announced in the app or on this site, and the effective date above reflects the current version.
