This Privacy Policy explains how PRIKVEL-RASHA LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Blesq AI mobile application and the blesqai.com website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Account data. Your email address and basic profile information we receive when you sign in with Apple or Google.
- Content. Photos you upload to the Service and the results generated from them.
- Purchase data. Records of your purchases and your credit balance.
- Device data. Device identifiers and push notification tokens.
- Usage and diagnostics data. Information about how the Service is used, and crash and performance data that helps us keep it reliable.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service and run the AI generations you request.
- To deliver your results and service notifications, including push notifications.
- To process purchases and maintain your credit balance.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the Service.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To understand how the Service is used and improve it.
4. AI processing of your photos
When you run an effect, your uploaded photo is transmitted to third-party AI infrastructure providers solely to produce the result you requested. We do not use your photos to train AI models. Generated results belong to you.
5. Payments
Purchases are processed by licensed payment service providers. Your card details are handled by those providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. We keep records of completed purchases so we can credit your balance, resolve disputes and meet our legal obligations.
6. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (cloud hosting and storage, AI model providers, payment providers and push notification delivery), and strictly for that purpose. Every such third party is bound by contract to provide the same or equal protection of your data as stated in this policy, and none of them is permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
7. Data storage and retention
Your data is stored in secure cloud storage. Uploaded photos and generated results are kept while your account is active so you can access your history; when your account is deleted, they are deleted as well. Purchase records are retained for as long as the law requires.
8. Your rights
You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time by deleting your account: open Profile, then Account, then Delete account. Deleting the account removes your uploaded photos, generated results and profile data, and ends the processing described here; purchase records are kept only for as long as the law requires.
To exercise any of these rights, or if you cannot access the app, email support@blesqai.com from the address linked to your account and describe your request; we will respond and confirm once it is completed.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. If the changes are material, we will announce them in the app or on this site. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
